On 05/17/2021, from 14:53 until 15:03 UTC, a small subset of LastPass customers in European region would have experienced issues with the LastPass (https://lastpass.eu) application when trying to login. However, offline mode was working fine. There was no impact to lastpass.com and other functionalities.

We have confirmed that the issue has been resolved completely and all systems are 100% operational at this time.

We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.
