Our team will be taking care of all the appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during these maintenance upgrades.

Maintenance Objective: LastPass will perform a series of steps over the coming weeks to upgrade a key component of our technology stack. Once complete, this upgrade will result in better performance, stability, and will also bring the latest security patches for the systems affected.

What to Expect: We do not anticipate any downtime due to this upgrade.

Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 4-hour maintenance window.

Maintenance Objective: LastPass will perform a series of steps to ensure the reliability of our databases. Once complete, this update will ensure our core database replication processes are robust and performing as expected, ensuring seamless service and data integrity across our systems.

Resolved - We have confirmed that the issue has been resolved completely and all systems are 100% operational at this time.

We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.
