As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, LastPass will be conducting service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.
Date and Time: November 19, 2022, 5:00 AM UTC to 7:00 AM UTC
Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.
Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 2-hour maintenance window.
What to expect: During the maintenance window LastPass customers who have enabled the LastPass Authenticator as their only multifactor authentication protection for their vault will not be able to log in to LastPass. Users who have enabled any other multifactor authentication option(s) outside of the LastPass Authenticator will not be affected. LastPass users who have enabled passwordless login to their vault will not be able to log in to LastPass. LastPass Business customers will be affected if they have configured federated login.
Purchase flows in LastPass will also be out-of-service during the maintenance.
