A small subset of LastPass customers would have been unable to receive emails from support@lastpass.com and do-not-reply-support@lastpass.com for account-related events (new user invitations, device verification, etc.).

The issue began at approximately on Oct 5, 2018 at 4:30 PM UTC and it was resolved the same day at approximately 10:20 PM UTC.

We will be conducting an internal investigation of this issue and making appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize any future recurrences of this issue.
